Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Many clients begin coaching with a general sense of unease, restlessness, or lack of clarity. Part of the coaching process is helping you articulate what matters most and identify the areas where change will have the greatest impact.

  • My approach is shaped by lived experience as much as professional training. I’ve spent over 15 years as a psychotherapist and an entrepreneur. I’ve also worked in the field of education and in fast paced corporate environments. I know what it’s like to operate under high expectations, juggle competing roles, and carry pressure that isn’t always visible from the outside. As an Indian American immigrant, I also understand how culture, family expectations, and identity quietly shape ambition, responsibility, and self-doubt. This allows me to meet clients with both depth and realism — not theory or generic frameworks, but insight grounded in personal experience.

  • Coaching sessions are reflective, structured, and collaborative. We explore current challenges, uncover underlying patterns, and work with practical tools and insights you can apply in daily life. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, grounded confidence, and actionable next steps.

  • The length of coaching varies depending on your goals. Some clients work with me for a focused period around a specific transition, while others choose ongoing support for deeper personal and professional growth.

  • Most clients meet weekly or biweekly. Together, we decide on a cadence that supports you while fitting realistically into your schedule.

  • Yes. Coaching sessions are confidential and your privacy is respected. While coaching is distinct from therapy, professional ethics and discretion remain central to my work. However, there are some exceptions to confidentiality, as outlined by state and federal laws.
